Our expertise in optimizing dosing regimens ensures antibiotics achieve the desired therapeutic effect while minimizing toxicity and resistance development. This includes adjusting doses for patients with organ dysfunction(reduction in renal patients etc), drug and food interactions, or specific infection types(lab tests should be used when appropriate).
Equally important is our role in educating patients and healthcare providers. For patients, this involves explaining the importance of completing their prescribed course and the risks of improper use not only on dispensing but we can also host workshops and lectures to pass on this information at our clinics in a simple way to get the impact we desire .
